How are the gifts packaged?
All the gifts will be placed in our beautiful stockings, nestled in sparkly shredded paper and sprinkled with cherub confetti to create a luxurious package we hope you'll love.
How will my stocking be delivered?
We use Royal Mail where possible for all our deliveries, usually First Class, recorded, but closer to Christmas we use Special Next Day Delivery.
All stockings are delivered in discreet cardboard boxes and will require a signature on receipt.

When will my stocking be delivered?
We do not usually ship stockings until the end of November to ensure the longest possible shelf life of the delicious, handmade chocolates.
If you require delivery earlier than this, please let us know and we will substitute them for
another high quality brand.
Orders taken after the end of the first week in December are usually shipped within 24 hours.
I want my Christmas stocking delivered outside of the UK, can you help?
Yes, we do ship outside of the UK, to the US and Europe, for example. Please email us directly before ordering so that we can advise you of postage costs and last delivery dates. Please note that the sparklers would need to be substituted for an item for the States.
When do I have to order by?
We ask that customers place their order by the 19th December to ensure delivery by Christmas Eve.
However, if you do wish to place an order after this, or would prefer to arrange your own delivery/collection, please email us and we will do our best to assist. We are based in south east London.
Are my online payment details secure?
We are totally committed to protecting your security and privacy. All payments made through our website are processed by PayPal which means that your credit card details are only seen by them and are not stored in any form. This gives you all the convenience of shopping via the internet without worrying about internet fraud.
What if I want to pay by cheque?
We are happy to accept payments by cheque. Please email us including your name, delivery address, contact phone number, email address and full details of the products you are ordering, and we will provide further instructions for paying by cheque.
Why do you need my email address?
We only use your email address to confirm details of your order and notify you at the point of dispatch.
We will not pass your details onto third parties or use them in any way other than for the processing of your order. Please also see our privacy policy.
Returns
Every effort is made to ensure the products reach you in perfect condition, and are thoroughly checked by us before dispatch. We regret that we are unable to accept returns for non-faulty products. Please see our Terms and Conditions.
