We do not usually ship stockings until the end of November. If you require delivery earlier than this, please let us know.

Pricing Policy
We do our best to source products at the lowest possible prices whilst still maintaining our quality standards. In addition, our prices include gift-wrapping and packing services and hence may be higher than other sites not offering this service.

No VAT is charged on our products.

Returns Policy
If any product is found to be faulty or defective, please contact us for a full refund. The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Perishable goods: We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods.

Items lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.

Please note, in all instances Santa's Secret shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

We do our best to ensure all our customers are happy with their purchase. However, if for any reason you would like to make a complaint, please contact Santa's Secret and a customer services representative will offer assistance in dealing with your complaint.
